Ralf Jurgenson
Since childhood, I have been an adventurer. I have tried all kinds of hobbies, starting from football to horse riding, until I finally found what I truly love - adventuring in nature. Being on the rocks and mountains has made me realize how much I like to test myself and accept new challenges. I joined a mountaineering training and realized that this wonderful company is like a second family for me. I found people with whom I can climb, hike, travel and most importantly - share a common passion for adventure and excitement. I realized that life is too short not to adventure and appreciate everything that is around us.
Now I want to show others the magic of the cliffs and mountains and offer new adventurers the wonderful experience that Elamus+ has offered me.
Main travel interests: rock climbing, mountain hiking, hiking.
Language skills: Estonian, English.
Training/courses: EKR3 mountaineering coach qualification (in progress); Elamus+ Mountaineering training (assistant coach, 2024-…); Ministry of Climbing bouldering ABC course; Finnish lead climber card.
Some peaks: Matterhorn (4478 m); Dom (4546 m); Zinalrothorn (4221 m); Grossglockner (3798 m); Zugspitze (2962 m).
Competitions/adventures: RMK Peraküla-Aegviidu-Ähijärve walking tour (812 km), Võhandu 100 (x2), Estonian Landscape Marathon 2023 (42 km).
