Hans Vellama

If something can be climbed, should it be climbed? I like to climb things, and since 2018, in order not to damage apple trees and buildings, I have been trying my hand at climbing walls and rocks. When it comes to climbing, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an advanced climber, there are always routes that present just the right challenge. To stay on the wall, you also have to be 100% mentally present, which is why it is the perfect way to get away from other everyday thoughts and relax your mind.

In addition to climbing, I love all kinds of sports activities and being in nature. My professional field is cell biology.
